A staff person is available during staffed hours to assist in training. All staff are CPR and First Aid certified.

We encourage members to complete a fitness evaluation which will help you identify health risks associated with being overweight and help you see the need for preventive and therapeutic actions. We will provide you with personalized guidance for reaching and maintaining a healthy weight.

Based on your evaluation and goals, a staff member will work with you to develop a customized program using the equipment or cardiovascular machines. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, or simply feel better, the consult will get you started in the right direction.
