Step Five:

After you create an account, you will be able to see a page like this that will show all of your workout information the machines have recorded for you. From this page, you can also log a workout that was not done at the gym or done on a machine that is not hooked up to Activelinxx. If you need help figuring out how to log a workout, you can follow the steps in the section below.

How to log home workouts into Activelinxx:

If you have a workout that you did at home, outside, or at any machine Activelinxx is not apart of, you can manually add these workouts to help you track your routine. To get started with this, you must sign-in to your account online. From there, you can follow the steps below to help add your workout.

Step One:

From your account home screen, like the one shown to the left, you can click on "Manual Log Data" and then choose "Strength" or "Cardio" based on what exercise you are wishing to add. The area on the screen is circled in red in the photo to the left to help you find it.

Step Two:

After selecting either "Cardio" or "Strength", you will be taken to a page like the one above. From here, you can add workouts from gym machines, common activities, and other generic machines. You can click on each section to explore more of the specific workouts you can add.

Step Three:

Some sections have multiple pages so you can click through them or search for them at the bottom of the page. This is indicated by the red arrow in the photo to the left.
